During our trip to Japan we met the ceramicist Yukko, who produces a magnificently understated Tatara Zukuri ware. Yubi-ato fingerprints are left on the ceramics as an appreciation of a rough, unrefined style. Each piece is unique and one of a kind: hand formed from a local Kyoto clay body, and finished with a green glaze distinctive to the Kyoto region. Offered as a pair.

Crafted by master carpenters exclusively for Ashes & Milk, a custom wood box is included to house these pieces.
