All orders will be processed & shipped within 2-3 business days from when they are placed. Transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary with package origin and destination.

Shipping costs are determined by the weight of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen and the destination address.

PAYMENTS

Secure online ordering with credit card. Visa, Master Card & Discover accepted.

All credit cards are subject to an authorization hold at the time of placement. Funds are collected separately, usually within 24 hours of placement of order.

SALES TAX

We are required to add sales tax to all Illinois addresses.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We may request a photo ID if shipping and billing addresses are different.

PRIVACY POLICY

We do not sell or share your personal information.

REFUND POLICY

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days upon receipt. The item must be returned in unused condition in its original package. Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. All return packages must be insured for the full amount. We have a 10% restocking fee on the return of certain artworks.

All returns must be approved by Ashes & Milk. Before shipping back your return, send us an email at info[at]ashesandmilk.com. Please include your order # and item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization # which must be included on or in your return package.

DAMAGES

If you receive an item that is damaged please contact us immediately. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon receiving your order.

We have made every effort to accurately display the colors of our products that appear on the website. Due to monitor discrepancies, we cannot guarantee that your display of color will be accurate.
